My Coaching Approach

For years, I lived in survival mode — diagnosed, medicated, and caught in cycles of emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and physical distress. Talk therapy helped me understand my patterns, but it didn’t reach the deeper layers where my nervous system was still bracing and overwhelmed.
It wasn’t until I discovered somatic and energetic healing that things began to truly shift. By working directly with my body and nervous system, I started to build real regulation, emotional capacity, and a sense of safety I had never known before.
Over time, I moved from barely functioning to feeling healthy, resilient, and at home within myself. Not because I forced change — but because my system finally learned it was safe to soften.
Today, I support others through trauma-informed somatic coaching rooted in both lived personal experience and professional training.
I hold a degree in Psychology, am a certified trauma-informed somatic coach, and have supported over 120 client sessions, alongside 500+ hours of personal somatic, meditative, and breathwork practice.
My work integrates nervous system science, somatics, trauma recovery, parts work, and deep emotional integration — not to keep you in a cycle of healing, but to support a life lived from regulation, capacity, and connection.
At a certain point, the work stops being about healing and starts being about living — inhabiting yourself more fully, meeting life with presence, and no longer treating yourself as a project that needs constant repair.
What opens instead is a life lived with greater aliveness, depth, and freedom — where your energy is no longer spent fixing yourself, but available for living, creating, and connecting.
This is what it looks like when regulation becomes your baseline, not your goal.
